General Conditions

You must carefully read the following provisions as they constitute a contract establishing the general conditions for the products and services of the electronic catalog (or shop) of CROCOPARC Agadir.

The “click” you execute after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and shall be deemed as irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set forth below.

1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions conducted through the CROCOPARC Agadir web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purpose

This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by CROCOPARC Agadir on the Internet, through the platform www.csg-morocco2026.com which is a service and a registered trademark of CROCOPARC Agadir.

3. Definitions

Distance contract: any contract concerning goods or services between CROCOPARC Agadir and a Consumer under a distance selling or service provision system organized by CROCOPARC Agadir that, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet up to the conclusion of the contract, including the contract’s conclusion itself.
Consumer: any natural person who, under this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
Order form: a document that specifies the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by “double click” to commit.
Order: the act by which the Consumer commits to purchase Products and CROCOPARC Agadir commits to deliver them.

4. Product

All products featured in the catalog are sold while supplies last. CROCOPARC Agadir reserves the right to remove any item from the catalog without notice, and in no event can be held liable to compensate or cancel an order due to the inability to use the purchased product because of incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer.

5. Placing an Order

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the “order” button; the product will then be added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking on “continue shopping.” When you have finished your shopping, confirm your order by clicking on the “pay” order button. In case of an error on your part when filling out the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. After the cancellation of the order by CROCOPARC Agadir, you may place an order again.

6. Prices

The prices listed in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time they are viewed by the customer, and correspond to those in effect at the time of the order. VAT is calculated on the order form based on the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are conducted in Moroccan DH. Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.

7. Order Execution

The order will be executed no later than 7 days from the day following the Consumer’s placement of the order. In the event that the ordered product is unavailable, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order. In such case, the Consumer may choose to request either a refund of the amounts paid within 30 days at the latest from payment or an exchange of the product.

8. Delivery

Delivery is not handled by CROCOPARC Agadir; the customer will collect their merchandise at the delivery address indicated on the order form. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Consumer on the order form. The Consumer is required to inspect the packaging upon delivery and report any damages caused by the carrier on the delivery note as well as to CROCOPARC Agadir within one day.

The Consumer may, upon request, receive an invoice sent to the delivery address by selecting the option provided on the order form.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. In Morocco and abroad, they are based on the rates of XXXX for registered mail. Our rates are all taxes included and are calculated based on the weight of the products. The cost of shipping your delivery is indicated on your invoice. It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is advisable to consolidate your orders.

What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability, after receipt of your payment. In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent via registered mail. Any delays shall not give rise to damages, order cancellation, or refusal to accept the delivery.

9. Payment Method

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by CROCOPARC Agadir on the payment page. In this case, the processing of the transaction for debiting your account is carried out on the day following the delivery confirmation. Your payments are secured by the Interbank Payment Center (CMI) which provides a fully secure payment service. The Consumer warrants that they have any necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method at the time of order form validation. In case of payment by credit card, the provisions concerning fraudulent use of the payment method as stipulated in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer, as well as between CROCOPARC Agadir and its banking institution, shall apply.

10. Data Confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify your personal data. You may receive advertisements from CROCOPARC Agadir, unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for such purposes.

11. Cancelling an Order Paid by Credit Card

If you wish to cancel your registration:

Before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) on March 11, 2026, you will receive a refund of the amounts actually received, less cancellation fees amounting to 1000 MAD;
After the date indicated in paragraph (a) but before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) on April 11, 2026, you will receive a refund of half of the amounts actually received;
After the date mentioned in paragraph (b), you will not be entitled to any refund;
In all three cases, you must expressly indicate your wish to cancel your participation by sending an email to the following address:
csg2026morocco@gmail.com.

All refunds due to you under this clause will be processed and paid within a reasonable period after the end of the event. We cannot be held responsible for any excessive delays caused by administrative contingencies. If you do not attend or are unable to attend this event, for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, and CROCOPARC Agadir shall not be held liable for any losses, including, but not limited to, shipping and/or accommodation costs.

12. Right of Withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. Return shipping costs remain at your expense. However, only merchandise returned in perfect resalable condition, complete and in its original (unopened) packaging, can be refunded.

13. Warranty

All products sold through the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material faults. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of a return of equipment found to be non-defective, shipping and handling charges may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.

14. Proof of Transactions Paid by Credit Card

The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of CROCOPARC Agadir serves as proof of all commercial transactions conducted between you and CROCOPARC Agadir.
