1. The Scientific Committee invites presentations on any topic related to crocodilian science, in and ex situ management, and trade globally, including field, lab and experimental research, management, trade, ranching/farming, zoos, and IUCN Red List, among others.
2. We will have keynote addresses around the following topics, and invite related presentations to structure sessions around the following themes, including participation in a panel discussion with the keynote speaker:
a. Keynote Speaker Dr. Jose Brito – Crocodilians in extreme and dynamic environments.
b. Keynote Speaker Dr. Jeremy Lemaire – Ecotoxicology and emerging environmental contamination threats to crocodilians.
c. Keynote Speaker Dr. Catherine Carr – Auditory physiology and cognition of crocodilians.
3. We also invite interested participants to submit ideas for other thematic sessions, including organizing colleagues who may want to present and participate in a panel discussion to also submit abstracts for consideration.
